Life Transitions, LLC, serves clients, with Geriatric Care Management, In Home Care and Move Management services in Wichita, Newton, Hutchinson, McPherson, Salina and most of central Kansas.

Life Transitions, LLC, was started in 2009 and is owned and operated by Carla Dunigan. The company is home grown in Hutchinson Kansas and was created to serve elders and their families who need assistance with geriatric planning, move management and in home care services.

Carla holds a Master's Degree in Business, is a Certified Geriatric Care Manager, Certified Targeted Case Manager, Licensed Adult Care Home Administrator as well as a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist.

Carla has extensive experience working with and advocating on behalf of the senior client. This extensive training through both work and life experiences form the basis for Life Transitions, LLC. It is through this training that Carla has the expertise to provide quality care services to all the clients she serves. These services include crisis management, assessing elder care needs, creating a plan of care, helping provide care services to keep your aging loved ones in their homes, as long as possible.
